Hi, I am Antonella Fonseca, the professor leading FASH 448: Event Planning and Fashion Show Production and faculty advisor for Dominican University’s 2026 Fashion Show, What’s Your Muse? In this role, I mentor the student leadership team and oversee the planning process, supporting students as they develop the creative direction, production strategy, and execution of a professional fashion event from concept to runway.

 

My work centers on innovation, creation, and expanding access to knowledge through fashion education, with a focus on the intersection of fashion, technology, and communication. I am passionate about building collaborative learning environments where students gain hands-on experience as they explore new tools, creative processes, and ways to produce and share fashion today.
