Hi! My name is Allison Galvan and I am an aspiring fashion designer. I was raised by two Mexican immigrant parents and from my upbringing, with their influence, has allowed me to explore my interests in art from a very young age. I have always been drawn to art and how it’s able to be purposeful in its creation. I believe fashion is my art form and I am focused on bringing my creative visions to life through well constructed pieces that are detailed and concept intentional. I am inspired to create collections that go beyond their aesthetics. I am constantly focused on using fashion as a tool for social responsibility by spreading a message, tell a story, and make others feel connected to what I make. I hope to continue this sentiment in designing and the work I do moving forward will always have purpose.
